How to Buy

You can place you order of the selected artwork by emailing us on sandra.grbavcic@btinternet.com or telephoning on 020 8541 1861 or 07845 529 291.

In each case you need to inform us of your delivery and contact details, along with your selected payment option.

Your order will initially be treated as an offer to buy the selected work, and will only be accepted once we have confirmed that the work is still available and that payment has been received.

Methods of Payment

For non-local deliveries, we currently accept payments by Sterling Cheque only. Payment will be processed prior to despatching the item to the delivery address.

For local deliveries, we accept payments by Sterling Cheque as above and credit (Visa, MasterCard and International maestro, Non-UK Electron) and debit card (Visa Debit, Maestro, Solo) payments upon delivery.

Approval Period

All works you purchase from us come with a 14 day approval period, which starts the day after you accept delivery of the selected artwork.

Return Policy

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your artwork, and you are still within the approval period, we will either replace the painting or refund you.
